**All attendees, including children of age 12 or older, require an admission ticket. Children under age 11 do not require a ticket. Max 2 children under 11 per ticket holder. Tickets are one per individual, all individuals must be present to receive a wristband to enter the venue.
***We plan to sell same-day ticket sales at the venue. Cash or card payment is accepted. Union Station Ticket Concourse allows approx. 2,000 people standing, so we hope we can accommodate as many people throughout the day as we can! Please be aware that if the venue reaches capacity, you may be required to wait in line.

****No overnight or early (before 7:15 AM) waiting around the venue.

*****Follow staff instructions at all times. Failure to comply may result in denied entry or removal without refund.
******A wristband (provided at check-in) is required for entry and re-entry. There is a different color wristband for Saturday and Sunday. Wristbands may not be repeated.

***Online sales will end once a certain ticket capacity is reached. Same-day ticket sales will be available at the venue but may be limited or suspended based on crowd levels on the event day, but please note that you consent to waiting in a line if the venue is at capacity.
****There is no VIP or premium ticket this time. General admission only.

  • No cancellations or refunds for any reason, including date errors or exhibitor changes.

  • Travel expenses will not be reimbursed for any reason.

  • Tickets are only sold on our official site, please beware of resellers. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable (meaning you cannot gift or sell tickets individual tickets).

  • Entry may be restricted based on venue congestion.

  • Lost or forgotten tickets require same-day repurchase.
