Issue no. 6 — Everything You Need to Know Before the Weekend!

We can’t believe how quickly the time has gone by, and we want to thank you for your incredible support and excitement.
Before the big weekend, please review the following reminders to help ensure everyone enjoys the event comfortably and safely.
《Event Schedule》
2025.10.11 (Saturday) 9:00 AM–5:00 PM（Final entry 4:30 PM）
2025.10.12 (Sunday) 9:00 AM–4:00 PM（Final entry 3:30 PM）
《Admission & Entry》
Please bring your paper or smart ticket (no reissues if lost).
Lost or forgotten tickets require same-day repurchase.
Children ages 12 and older require an admission ticket.
Each ticket is valid for one person. All attendees must be present for check-in.
Admission will proceed in order of arrival.
No overnight or early waiting (before 7:15 AM).
Same-day tickets will be sold at the entrance reception. Sales may be temporarily suspended depending on venue capacity and will end once the planned number of tickets is reached.
The primary ticket holder may be asked to show ID matching the ticket name.
《Wristbands》
Wristbands, provided at check-in, are required for entry and same-day re-entry.
Wristbands must remain intact and securely worn; damaged or loose wristbands cannot be replaced.
Entry will not be permitted without a valid wristband.
Wristbands are non-transferable, and resale for profit is strictly prohibited.
《Venue Guidelines》
No food, strollers, luggage, or wheeled carts are allowed inside the venue.
Large bags are not permitted. Small totes and reusable bags are welcome.
Bottled water and beverages are allowed, but please be mindful around paper goods.
The venue is wheelchair accessible. Scooters or mobility devices for those with disabilities are allowed.
Service animals only (no pets or emotional support animals).
The building is non-smoking.
Masks are not required, but recommended in crowded areas.
《Photography & Conduct》
Photography for commercial purposes (resale, advertising, etc.) is prohibited without prior approval.
No live-streaming.
You are welcome to bring cameras, but please obtain permission from each exhibitor before photographing products or artworks.
Avoid including other attendees without consent.
If staff determine your actions are disruptive, you may be asked to stop or leave.
Please follow all staff and volunteer instructions at all times. Failure to comply may result in denied entry or removal without refund.
《Stamp Rally》
Advance ticket holders will receive a Bungu LA Kraft Folder + Stamp Rally Ticket at check-in.
Collect all three stamps to receive a prize!
《Payment Information》
Some vendors are cash only (refer to the Exhibitor Index on our website).
An ATM is available in the Union Station common area (not in the Ticket Concourse).
《Getting There》
Please note: CicLAvia will close N. Broadway to cars (9 AM–4 PM) on Sunday.
We highly encourage using public transportation via Metro.
《Weather & Food》
