WACCA JAPANは和紙専門の企画デザイン会社です。東京に拠点を置き、オリジナル和紙製品の販売と企画制作を行なっています。全国の和紙産地をめぐり、手漉き和紙の職人さんや製紙メーカーさんを訪ね、出会った和紙ひとつひとつを吟味し、その良さが生きるよう「ほんの少しだけ」手を加えて製品に仕上げています。

WACCA JAPAN is a planning and design company specializing in traditional Japanese washi paper. Based in Tokyo, we develop, produce, and sell original washi paper products.

We travel throughout Japan, visiting washi-producing regions and meeting with traditional hand-papermaking artisans and paper manufacturers. We carefully select each unique piece of washi we encounter and add just a small touch to bring out its inherent beauty, transforming it into thoughtfully crafted products.
