モンプチアーチスト (Mon petit artiste)

はじめまして。Mon petit artisteです。 京都の小さなアトリエで、Parisをテーマにラッピングペーパーやメッセージカード、スタンプなど、紙にまつわるアイテムを制作しています。 Mon petit artisteは、「日常の中に小さな芸術を」という想いから生まれました。 実家が印刷業を営んでいたこともあり、幼い頃から紙はとても身近な存在でした。刷りたての紙の匂いや、印刷物が形になっていく様子を見ながら育ち、自然と紙ものや文具が好きになりました。 私が惹かれるのは、豪華で特別なものではなく、Parisの日常にあるささやかな紙の風景です。パン屋さんでクロワッサンを包む紙袋。
チーズやバターを包む紙。
パティスリーでマカロンがのせられた敷き紙。
小さなキャンディの包み紙や、マルシェの野菜を入れる素朴な茶色い紙袋。何気ないものなのに、思わず取っておきたくなるほど愛らしく、手にした瞬間に心が弾む。そんな小さなときめきがParisの街にはあふれています。それらは決して美術館に飾られる作品ではありません。それでも私にとっては、名画を前にしたときと変わらないほど心を動かされる存在です。 Mon petit artisteの紙ものもまた、誰かの日常にそっと寄り添い、手に取るたびに小さな幸せや創作の楽しさを感じてもらえる存在でありたいと思っています。

From our small atelier in Kyoto, we create paper goods inspired by Paris, including wrapping paper, message cards, stamps, and other stationery.

Mon petit artiste was born from the idea of bringing "a little art into everyday life."

Growing up in a family printing business, paper was always a familiar part of my life. I was surrounded by the scent of freshly printed paper and watched printed works come to life, which naturally led me to develop a deep love for paper goods and stationery.

What inspires me isn't grand or luxurious things, but the simple paper items found in everyday life in Paris. The paper bag wrapped around a croissant at a neighborhood bakery. The paper used to wrap cheese or butter. The delicate paper liner beneath macarons at a pâtisserie. Tiny candy wrappers or the humble brown paper bags used for vegetables at the local market.

These ordinary objects are so charming that they make you want to keep them forever. They're the kind of little details that bring an unexpected smile the moment you hold them. Paris is filled with these quiet moments of delight.

They may never hang in an art museum, but to me, they are just as moving as a masterpiece.

I hope the paper goods from Mon petit artiste can become a small part of someone's everyday life as well—bringing little moments of happiness and inspiring creativity each time they're picked up and enjoyed.
