Leela Journals

Leela Journals is a stationery shop founded in 2021 by creator, artist and stationery designer, Aarti. After being laid off from her corporate design job, she knew she'd always regret it if she didn't try at least once, with everything she had, to make a living off of her artwork. So she moved back in with her parent's, gave up her independence to pursue her dreams. Her passion is designing and crafting beautiful stationery that makes people feel like they own something so magical that it inspires creativity and self-expression. Aarti feels most like herself when she’s immersed in her art and creativity, believing that it’s the key to navigating the sometimes icky, sometimes lonely, sometimes restless feelings of being human. Every piece from Leela Journals is made & designed with intention, care, and a deep love and respect for both the craft & the special people her art touches. She’s so excitec to bring her love for stationery and her whimsical, dreamy products to Bungu LA, and can’t wait to meet all her little luv bugs!
